Refund and Return
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on physical goods and custom-made items (only if defective) under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in tidy/original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- We arrange and pay for return shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and images of the product (if applicable).
2. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you may choose from:
- Full Refund
- Product Exchange
- Store Credit
Refunds are processed within 12–36 business hours after inspection and approval. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment unless otherwise requested.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perfumes
- Essential Oils
- Fragile decorative items such as:Candles once litUsed diffusersOpened or used home fragrance products
- Custom-made or personalized decor items, unless defective or damaged on arrival
- Clearance / Discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include photos or videos as evidence.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.
- If cancelled within the allowed window, you will receive a full refund.
- Custom-made orders may not be cancellable after processing begins.
6. Return Shipping
We cover all return shipping costs, provided the return meets our eligibility criteria.
