1. Order Processing Time
- Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Custom-made or personalized items may require additional production time (3–7 business days).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing an order, and a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India from our fulfillment facility in New Delhi.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped exclusively via Blue Dart, ensuring reliable and secure delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Weight and dimensions of the products
We do complimentary shippings on all order.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by region:
- Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days
- North India: 2–5 business days
- Central & West India: 3–7 business days
- South & East India: 5–9 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: Additional 3–5 days
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen courier delays.
6. Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A Blue Dart tracking number
- A link to track your order in real time
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Delivery Attempts
Blue Dart will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may:
- Be returned to us, or
- Require re-shipping (additional charges may apply)
Ensure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing items
- Or incorrect items
Please notify us within 48 hours at care@niyaz.co, including:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the package and items
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours, only if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for returns or exchanges under our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Niyaz is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Strikes or union issues
- Blue Dart disruptions
- Remote area limitations
- Inaccurate delivery information
We will assist in resolving shipping issues wherever possible.
