SHIPPING & DELIVERY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on Niyaz, a brand owned and operated by Niyaz Fashion & Interior Industries Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within India only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time may vary during sales, promotions, or high-volume periods.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to terms mentioned on the website.


5. Courier Partners

  • We ship orders using trusted third-party courier BLUE DART.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.


6. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, incorrect contact details, or unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

  • Any re-delivery or re-shipping costs arising from such issues may be charged to the customer.


7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

  • Courier partners usually make 1–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order may be returned to origin.

  • In such cases:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

    • Re-shipping may be subject to additional charges


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.

  • If the outer package appears visibly damaged or tampered with:

    • Please refuse delivery, if possible, and

    • Immediately inform us at care@niyaz.co or +91 76786 21563

If delivery is accepted, any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof, as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Partial Deliveries

In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately. Customers will be notified accordingly, and this does not entitle cancellation or refusal of remaining items.


10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or logistical disruptions.


11. Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided.
