Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways supported by Shopify.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing or availability errors occur.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs only after dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
For damaged packages, customers must follow the procedure outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
